BESTIA have held on to their tournament life in Perfect World Shanghai Major Americas RMR thanks to a 2-1 victory over BOSS, recovering from a slow start on Dust2 (9-13) to seal the series with comfortable wins on Anubis (13-4) and Mirage (13-6).

Tomas "⁠tomaszin⁠" Corna was the star of the show in BESTIA's series win thanks to his impeccable aim and aggressive play throughout, dominating a brawly series to the tune of 65 kills and a 1.75 rating. Nazareno "⁠naz⁠" Romero also deserves credit for his Mirage showing, where a string of clutches ensured smooth sailing for his team.

BOSS took advantage of a slow BESTIA start to take away the Argentinians' pick of Dust2, but otherwise looked thoroughly off the pace. They made a meal of converting pistol wins, losing to three of four force-buys on the latter maps, and couldn't compete with BESTIA in raw duels.

The lack of firepower ensured BOSS struggled to crack open rounds on T side, and the North American squad also suffered defending problem bombsites on both of the final two maps, A on Anubis and B on Mirage.
